Aerobics classes are currently not being offeredWATER AEROBICSWe offer two afternoon water aerobic classes at 1pm Tues. and Thurs.Monday - Wednesday: 5:30pm [High Intensity] Monday - Tuesday - Thursday: 6:30pm Monday - Wednesday - Friday: 9:00am Saturday: 9:00am (Water classes last approximately 1 hour). PILATE CLASSESTuesday: 9:00am - Thursday: 9:00am(please bring your own mat or towel) Running News*Worldrecord Half Marathon in The Hague (The Netherlands)The Kenian Samuel Wanjiru has broken his own worldrecord on the half marathon at the City Pier City Loop in The Hague. Wanjiru finished in a time of 58 minutes and 35 seconds. He shaved off 18 seconds from his old record which he set 1 and a half month ago in Dubai. Boston Marathon 2007We are proud to announce that our own Karen DesJardin has completed the Boston Marathon !!In case you're interested, she would love to discuss her training regimen.
